DEBBIE MASON

Debbie Mason is a highly successful creative and commercial leader with 30 + years’ experience in the global broadcast and film industry. BAFTA nominated and a New Media Age Award winner, she has been responsible for the successful creation and expansion of some of the most acclaimed global production companies and channels in the UK. Having begun her career founding the Eurythmics’ Production company Oil Factory, Debbie then co-founded Kudos Productions with Stephen Garrett, one of the country’s most successful television production companies (famous for producing series such as Spooks and Hustle). While selling the company to the Shine Group for £35m in 2007, she also created and launched one of the first interactive television channels, the BAFTA winning AVAGO, which was sold in 2005. A serial entrepreneur, Debbie has since continued advising and leading a number of high-profile production and distribution businesses all while running her own consultancy MasonMediaMatrix. As Creators Inc’s President of TV & Film she continues her passion for working with writers and directors, and shaping the company’s development and slate moving forward.

Jamie Jessop

Jamie Jessop has spent the majority of his career as an Investment Manager/Executive Producer at Ingenious Media, overseeing the negotiation and corporate/legal structuring of independent and studio films. In that time, he’s produced multiple projects, including amongst others, Voyagers (Neil Burger, Colin Farrell), The World to Come (Casey Affleck), Judy (Renee Zellweger) and Adrift (Shailene Woodley, Sam Claflin), and brings that wealth of knowledge to Creators Inc. A nominated member of the British Screen Forum’s (BSF) Future Leaders, his passion to get things made is second to none.

Esther Springer

Esther has a wealth of production and development experience in scripted television under her belt. Starting her career in film editing, she moved into television, working at Carlton/ITV Studios on a range of high profile dramas including series, limited series and adaptions; and then at BBC Drama and BBC Studios developing and script editing the BAFTA award-winning series THE FADES with Jack Thorne; BAFTA winning singles MURDERED BY MY BOYFRIEND and MY MURDER, as well as 5’X5’ a short form series which she originated and developed with Idris Elba for new talent from under- represented backgrounds. She developed and was executive producer on WE HUNT TOGETHER written by Gaby Hull for UKTV which was sold to Showtime in the US. Esther recently produced series 5 of THE BREAK, a series of 5 short films for BBC3 written by, directed by, and starring up and coming disabled talent. Esther is a well respected champion in the UK television industry for supporting new writers and directors.
